Ok, so everyone knows that having fresh content on your website is key to getting return visits (from people and search engines), right?

And so you go to the article databases and pick and choose one or two a month, or get the newsfeeds from CBC or one of the papers.

Well we've added to your options with the Canada Events Calendar - you can use the events in the database on your website, by inserting one line of JavaScript or a couple of lines of PHP (and pretty much whatever scripting language works for you).

We took the events calendars from our sites, combined them and opened it up to the public to add (it's moderated, so spammers are kept in check), and you can select the type of events, the dates, and the regions to create your own events list.

You may even have already seen it on Canadian blogs and websites, since the code works well even with sites where you are not controlling the server.
