Dreams, Visions, and Plans:
Distinguish between them and create an executable plan.
What does it take to create a successful business idea? How do we get from just wanting to build a successful business to making a plan that works?
Research and experience show clearly that most businesses are failures from the start because they lack grounding, and they cannot result in an executable plan. You cannot be 'all hat and no legs' and still succeed.
Stephen van Beek, the creator of the Pragmos Life-Cycle approach (http://www.pragmos.com) has hands-on experience in the all-important start-up phase of a new business.
Looking beyond conventional SWOT analytical methods, we will be exploring your current business concept as a dream, a nightmare, a vision, a hallucination or the strategic starting-point of a manageable and executable plan.
You're encouraged to bring questions and scenarios to the evening and to use the event, and each other, as a testing-ground.
Plan to meet people, to laugh, and to stay late.
Networking and cocktails 6:30pm; Presentation at 8:00pm
